Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items non returnable, indefinitely due to covid-19. Refunded ONLY if product is damaged on our end, but we strive to prevent any item mishandling.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Especially during the covid-19 pandemic we all are facing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire prior to emailing us to notify you need a exchange.
No refunds unless damage or mishandling happened on our end, otherwise the parcel carrier may be at fault. If you place an order for a hoodie and would like to cancel, you will receive a full refund. Cancelations must be made before the product has been shipped. After which there are no refunds or exchanges.
