How long does it take for the products to work? 

Results are usually felt in 2-4 weeks of consistent use. You should notice your hair getting thicker. This is the first sign of healthy hair growth. For best results: apply Ayurvedic Hair Growth Oil 2-3 times a week consistently. Wash hair regularly. Can these products be used on permed/ straighten hair?

Absolutely! Our focus is to make hair care products based on porosity rather than hair type. Our hair products are formulated to restore scalp and hair health regardless of hair type or condition.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All orders will be processed within 2-3 days of placing the online order and shipped within 7-10 business days of you placing your online order unless it is a pre-order item. Check your e-mail for a shipping confirmations & tracking numbers.

Do you ship international orders?

Yes, we do! However, international orders may be subject to a local customs charge (at the discretion of your local government), separate from your shipping fee.   

I just placed an online order and need to cancel, what should I do?

If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can send an email to (nsoromma email) requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. ​

My package was marked delivered and I did not receive it, what should I do?

Unfortunately, once the packages leave our facility we are no longer responsible for its care. Canada Post insures all lost or damaged packages, you can file a claim by calling them.
